Contract Description:
The purpose of this contract is to support the Yakama Nation with regional coordination of activities associated with the Northwest Power and Conservation Council (NPCC) Columbia River Basin Fish and Wildlife Program (CRBFWP), funded by the Bonneville Power and Administration (BPA).   Through this contract a Yakama Nation Regional Coordinator will be contracted by and administered through the Yakama Nation Fisheries Resources Management Program (FRMP).  The primary objectives of the Regional Coordinator are to support Yakama Nation interests in regional fish and wildlife issues and to provide technical support to the FRMP towards policy-level considerations.  The Regional Coordinator will provide this support by acting as a liaison to the NPCC and BPA on behalf of the Yakama Nation and will actively participate in various regional and local forums relevant to the administration of the CRBFWP.  The Regional Coordinator will be the primary contact for the Yakama Nation (Contractor) in the administration of this contract, CR- 269970.
